    Thanks!

I found her on Ebay, only about 80km away so I drove there and fell in love...but I should have checked it closer. It's in poor condition regarding the price I paid. The amplifier has wrong tubes (2x EL34 instead of 6L6GB) and there are some capacaitors that need to be replaced. The title drum isn't working like it used to, one of the speaker isn't original (8 instead of 16 ohms), not all selections are working and the magazine won't start scanning (only if you press a certrain lever by hand).

...and the worst thing: This bitch tried to killed me two days ago!

I was cleaning some contacts and switches using contact spray. Although I have been waiting long enough to let it dry it happened: When I tried to select a record a spark lit up the remains of the cleaner and started a fire! I tried to blow out the flames but it didn't work...finally I managed to extinguish the fire with a piece of cloth. No further damage but it scared the hell out of me!

I'll be in Waukeha in just under a month's time.

I wonder if this'll fit in my hand luggage:

Classic Survivor Seeburg KD200 KD 200

1957..... a good buy for someone as a beginners jukebox, but the moving mechanism has been replaced so the auction shouldn't go too high.

We have a '54 M100 very similiar save for the selection button positioning and the choice selection panel.

One More Time 2012 - German Jukebox Show!

I went to a Jukebox show a few weeks ago!

It was only a 100km ride so I grabbed my camera and took a trip...

    My Photos: http://photobucket.com/omt2012

    The (english) website: http://www.jukebox-world.de/Crailsheim/index_en.htm

I couldn't find any parts for my Rock Ola 1455D but ended up with some cool records. There was a guy from the UK who had a nice collection, I finally found Buddy Holly's "Not Fade Away" on 45 and some other rarities...still no luck with Dion's "I Wonder Why" and some other songs from the movie...

Ty... that You Tube clip might make me famous some day if it ever went viral

Looks like a good show Roland..... it's amazing that people are still finding these old Jukeboxes hidden away ready to be restored.

I saw one of those Mini Mite Jukeboxes at an Antique centre near me a few years back.
A funny thing, it looked like it was made of cardboard.

That Monkey machine thing looked interesting too.

I'll be selling my 1958 Rockola Jukebox soon to raise needed funds.

Here's an identical one for sale in the US.

    http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1110989621...84.m1423.l2649

However, the one above is listed as not working, mine was working before I started stripping it down.

Some of the work on mine is done (E.G. power box, stepper and amplifier rewiring, this would be a very easy restoration for a beginner as all the parts are present (I've bought any missing parts at big expense to me).

I have the parts lists and wiring diagrams and several sales brochures etc. to help complete the restoration.

Currently the above JB is at 700 USD equivalent.... and it doesn't have the floor stand!
Mine does and the presence of the floor stand makes the Jukebox even more rare than it already is.

Before I put it on eBay, if any Europeans (I.E. shipping won't be cheap) fancy a very rare 1958 Jukebox to compliment their 1958 Mopar, give me a shout.

I'd let this complete, working (when I last switched on) and very rare Jukebox go for around 500 to a member.
The stand alone would probably fetch 200 to a collector.
An easy restoration for everyone here (even the valves are all present and work) it'd be worth about 3000 when completed.

I've seen these on-line painted in custom colours and they can look cool in white, gunmetal grey or even pink!

All you'd need to make the above is some paint, a soldering iron, glue and a couple of screw drivers.

Give me a shout if you're interested, I got it and the stand in the rear of a Ford Focus.

If not it'll go on eBay within the next couple of weeks.

US money hasn't changed since 1939 when my Seeburg jukebox was built Geoff.

Modern Quarters etc. still fit my Seeburg and this Rockola.

This Rockola was supposed to be wall mounted but you'd have to have incredibly strong walls.

Hence a stand was available, most of these went missing over the years.
    Everything's good!
