Nice looking model, if your painting skills are up to it. I'm getting too old and shakey-handed.

I keep ruining the windows by getting glue on them.
    Everything's good!

    Lee ,
i've been in model cars since i remember myself ...
so here's a little tip for you ...

Use wood glue , or Elmer's glue

Even if you screw up , when the glue is completely dry you won't see anything but a clear window !

    Really Manos?
I'll try that when I get the chance to build a model again someday.

I thought polystyrene glue was best to use because it dissolves the plastic slightly, which is how it sticks.
    Everything's good!

Lee there is a bunch of glues for plastic models .
I use 5 different glues to built one model car.
Each one is for specific purpose.

I'd hate to see Christine on the rag. Darnell's shop rag, that is...

I want to buy a bunch of these models and make a bunch of different dioramas. The Shark tooth Christine would look awesome.

    LMAO!
My Fury was on the rag when I took the '58 Dodge wagon on a trip around the country several years ago. The transmission decided to pee on the floor, resulting in a big red puddle when I got back.

Manos is right about the glue. Old modellers advice when my eyesight was good enough for detail work was to use a very fine art brush to paint on the glue....straight out of the tube is an amateur no-no. I prefer bostick to polystyrene glue, because you can rectify mistakes.
