I went out to remove parts from my parts Plaza at a friends farm and noticed the
front end cut off this decent 1959 2dr Dodge Suburban, what the heck?
Oh yeah, now I remember, its hanging in a local choke & puke.

There was an old wrecking yard in Carson City, Nevada that lots of good, solid cars from the '50's, even a quantity of convertibles. I drove out there in the late '80's hoping to buy a '55 Caddy convertible, but found someone had cut the front tow feet, and the rear two feet off every interesting car, even the ragtops. They were supposedly making similar wallhangings for a casino, but I never saw where they were used. Really a shame, as they could have used crap cars for the project.

I spotted this early '50s Dodge pick-em-up on Eisenhower Parkway in Macon a few days ago.
With the exception of the bling-bling wheels, it was pretty cool!

1950 (I think) Dodge, its a tire shops mascot. The guy drives it to work every day in the summer.
I want to do the same with my 1947 Dodge pickup, maybe this summer.
