Thread: 1957 4 door belvedere "ALICE"

Thanks! I just love the patina on this car! This is just suppose to be a cheap built to get her road ready... but after you go through the entire car... it's not a cheap build! Haha.

Chrissy, with upsweeps around 200 for a pair... had to just fabricate my own. They came out not too bad. The elbow and upper din trim hold them on pretty well!

I think it was Dolly Parton who said it is expensive to look this cheap!!

I, too, love the patina on this one. She'll be a cool cruiser.

It looks pretty unique seeing Fury gold trim on a 57 Belvedere. Are you going to be leaving it patina?

Glad to see you driving her, thats a great reward for all your hard work...

Thanks guys! Driving her is the best reward! So rewarding doing all the work myself then driving a 60 year old car!!

What would you say this car is worth? I have it insured for 6k, but I think it's worth 8k or 9k. I guess it's only worth what someone would pay for her!

  14. #54
Cool. Sure wish I had drove mine around before taking her apart. Have lots of fun for me too. She looks just fine.
