Rock N Roll show at Gressinghall 2016

Went to a Annual Show at the Gressinghall Museum that is only about 25 mile away from me,, Live Rock N Roll band and all day DJ playing some great tunes..
The Cars are Invite only so all Pre Booked as they have limited space, i think there was about 27 of us in total.. A mixture of English and American..

That's a really nice Ford Consul. Since seeing that cream one, I've really got a thing for them..

Yes Mate, i am sure it was at Cromer when you came over.. And Yes i do believe it is a Singer Gazelle now you mention it, i just saw it as a Hillman Minx which shared the same body..

Yeah a few would of been at Hemsby Matt, as all these Cars are Local,,
I should of taken a rear end PIC of the Consul Capri for you, as it has a mild custom and has 59 Cad rear lights..

I checked on DVLA, and it is indeed a 1958 Sunbeam mate

My architectural mentor when I was a student had a Sunbeam the same as that. We used to go and hide in it when his wife was on a drunken bender. She was a famous ballerina in the 40's & 50's, ended up Director for The Arts on BBC and was one of the four BBC directors who set up BBC2. By the time I met her she was retired and a a hopeless alcoholic. After she died of a broken neck from falling downstairs there were rumours that he pushed her. He then ran off with a hippy woman half his age and sold the car. I still see it around at shows.
